Reginald Penn
Associate Attorney
Reginald Penn, Esq. was born in North Miami, Florida, where he lived for most of his life. He eventually relocated to Orlando, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the Florida A&M University College of Law.
Reginald has worked in bankruptcy and personal injury firms for the majority of his career. He started as an intern at Burns Sheppard Favors in 2019. He later became a law clerk and then a case manager to firm partner, Orlando Sheppard, Esq., where he sharpened his knowledge of personal injury cases. Reginald became the first associate attorney at Burns Sheppard Favors in April of 2022. He currently handles various personal injury cases from auto accidents to slip and falls. He is dedicated to his clients and eager to help clients navigate through their difficult times after sustained injuries.
Currently, Reginald is the President of the Parramore Community Garden, a 401(c)3 non-profit organization which aims to combat food insecurity in the Parramore neighborhood, located just outside of Downtown Orlando.
